The SaaS Sales VP is responsible for acquiring new customers for REalyse. You will report to the Sales Director. The ideal profile we are looking for is someone who has worked in residential real estate development, investment or lending and would like to make a career transition into the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
The Sales VP will contact, qualify, and negotiate with prospective REalyse customers across the United Kingdom to help REalyse achieve rapid sales growth.
Using your background experience in real estate, you will be able to easily understand the problems faced by developers/investors/lenders in gaining access to quick and reliable information and be able to demonstrate to them how REalyse products can solve these issues.
You will be measured on monthly and quarterly sales targets. Specifically, the Sales VP will do the following:
- Sell REalyse Platform and API solutions
- Build a sufficient sales pipeline from both marketing-generated and self-generated prospective opportunities.
- Demonstrate the REalyse product to prospective customers to illustrate product capabilities and identify the matches to clients’ business needs.
- Ability to outbound to drive at least 50% of New Business wins.
- Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both REalyse and customer needs.
- Provide accurate new- and long-term pipeline and sales forecasts, based on candid and well-documented reviews of past and predicted sales activities.
- Learn and network within the wider commercial property market.
Background requirements:
- Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition skills
- Experience in selling PropTech SaaS platforms in the UK
- Familiar with financial appraisals for residential development & investment
- Experienced with site sourcing and viability assessment
- Experience with investment/credit committees
- Experience in doing online and in person demos of platforms as part of the sales cycle
- Experience with contacting and negotiating with third parties and decision makers.
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills (Salesforce Experience welcome)
- Ability to work independently and close deals
- Confident in communicating with new people on complex topics.
- Ability to thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture
- Personal resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality
- Proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn, or experience of using Salesforce as a key sales tool
- Ability to travel up to 25% within in UK and be able to work in Central London.

Package:
- Depending on experience £50-£70K base depending on experience
- 10% commission per month
- 15% accelerator on anything above monthly target
