TITLE: SaaS Product Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in SaaS solutions and product formation to guide, drive and IPC. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product strategy aligns with best-in-class SaaS practices in both external activities and internally to optimize decision-making, execution, and innovation.
You will be focused on driving cloud and SaaS positioning for IPC’s flagship products IPC One / CX Unigy / OneView / Compliance, building the value of the community, enhancing user experience, trader productivity, customer engagement, and compliance. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure our solutions meet market needs while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices as well as analytics for continued oversight and improvement
You will be suported by an incredible team of Product Managers and Product Owners, who in turn will provide SME support and industry insight. Providing you with invaluable knowledge of how IPC has remained the industry leader with best in class Products and Services, from CX Unigy to the world largest Financial Service Voice Community.
The ideal candidate will act as a integral member of the product teams, bringing insights into SaaS business models, customer needs, and industry best practices to enhance product development, delivery, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consultancy & Advisory
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SaaS product development, monetization, and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to product managers on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to define product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to provide ongoing oversight and insights for continuous improvement and upsell opportunities, working closely with Sales organization.
Product Development & Execution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to refine product roadmaps, ensuring SaaS best practices are embedded in development cycles.
- Establish and oversee discipline for SaaS pricing, packaging, customer onboarding strategies, analytics and reporting.
- Work with Finance team to ensure proper financial treatment for SaaS development, costs and revenue recognition.
- Provide input to contractual frameworks for IPC’s SaaS and cloud enabled products
- Focus on improving the user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets customer expectations.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work to ensure post sale consumption of cloud product is aligned within the industry and market leading in its approach.
- Ensure smooth integration of consultancy-driven insights into Agile development processes.
- Collaborate with Other Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support Teams to plan and execute product launches, including training and promotional activities.
- Provide direction and thought leadership on IPC’s internal process to cloud enable IPC’s BU’s
Process Optimization & Enablement
- Develop best practice frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials for SaaS product management.
- Implement tools and methodologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency within the product team.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize customer feedback loops and data-driven improvements.
- Analyze product performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Educate and influence internal teams on SaaS product strategies, growth levers, and innovation opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring alignment in messaging and execution.
- Conduct internal workshops and training sessions on SaaS product management fundamentals.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SaaS product management, with a strong understanding of subscription models, customer success, and product-led growth (PLG).
- Background in product management, advisory roles, or internal enablement within a tech-driven organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and product experimentation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SaaS KPIs, and growth metrics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
