    We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to take the lead in scaling CoreCompliance — our self-serve e-learning platform for small businesses — to its next phase of growth. With over 200 customers already on board, your mission is to help us grow revenue tenfold through smart, data-driven, and creative marketing execution. 


    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll run high-impact B2B campaigns from concept to conversion — turning awareness into engagement, and engagement into revenue. You’ll collaborate with a talented team across product, marketing, and RevOps to build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine that fuels Skillcast’s next chapter of success. 

     

    What you will be doing

    Drive Growth Through Campaign Excellence 

    • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, affiliates, and retargeting. 
    • Partner with SEO and content teams to grow top-of-funnel awareness through strong organic and AEO performance. 


    Build Conversion Engines 

    • Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and automated nurture journeys that move prospects from interest to action. 
    • Optimise HubSpot workflows and nurture paths to improve every stage of the funnel — from visitor → MQL → trial → customer. 


    Test, Learn, and Optimise 

    • Run A/B tests and experiments to constantly improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates. 
    • Track and report key KPIs — including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and campaign ROI — to continuously improve performance. 


    Collaborate and Align 

    • Work closely with Sales to ensure high-intent leads are prioritised and converted efficiently. 
    • Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure demand generation aligns with our brand story and long-term strategy.

    You’re a performance-driven marketer who thrives on turning insight into impact. You love connecting the dots between creativity and data, and you get energy from seeing your campaigns drive measurable growth. You’re curious, collaborative, and ready to help shape how small businesses think about compliance, culture, and doing business the right way. 

    Experience 

    • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS products for small businesses 
    • 10+ years of overall experience in marketing roles 
    • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact 
    • Experience with marketing automation & CRM systems, eg GA4, HubSpot
