Position Overview

DoubleVerify seeks a talented, proven, and resourceful Regional Vice President for our UK and Northern Europe territories to join our existing EMEA sales team. This unique individual’s primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the Commercial team focused on working with the largest agencies and brands across the UK and the Nordics. 

In addition, the RVP is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our relationships with senior stakeholders across our installed client base. We are looking for a team player that takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and knows how to create partnerships and sophisticated agreements that last. This stellar sales leader is someone who has proven experience heading a sales organization focused on revenue growth, evangelizing products, and negotiating commercial agreements. This leader will be expected to manage and grow a high performance sales team, model organizational growth and change, and ensure the commercial team is inspired, aligned and drives DV's strategic goals. This is an opportunity to lead a hyper-growth division of a company that is transforming the online media industry. This role reports to the Managing Director of EMEA, and will work out of DoubleVerify’s London office.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow our relationships with senior-level decision-makers within the largest agencies and brands across the UK and the Nordics
  • Design and implement revenue strategies to expand revenue growth across all of DoubleVerify’s measurement and programmatic product offerings while reinforcing DV’s market reputation as a trusted leader
  • Manages a team of revenue focused sales professions encompassing new business generation, revenue retention, and growth and strategic product sales
  • Negotiate and structure trading agreements to drive adoption of DoubleVerify's services and technology
  • Lead the sales team to drive continuous revenue growth in-territory through new business acquisition
  • Manage regional revenue forecasting with precision to the MD EMEA
  • Present DoubleVerify’s solutions to key decision-makers within agencies and brands
  • Partner with internal support teams to ensure maximum levels of client-facing customer service
  • Attend industry events and speak as a representative of DoubleVerify to the larger digital marketing industry

Requirements

  • Stellar sales performance through thoughtful and resourceful execution
  • Experience managing and motivating dynamic teams, demonstrating both Coaching and Leadership skills to build culture and collaboration
  • Experience managing managers is a must
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue across multi-national territories
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate and how/what campaign buying and planning entails
  • Extensive contacts at top interactive agencies/brand advertisers (including trading, media, operations, analytics) and strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams, and planning cycles
  • Able to demonstrate accountability and ownership through every stage of the client relationship, understanding how to accelerate deals and apply a partnership mentality
  • Ability to create partnerships based on value and strong consultative selling skills
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Experience overseeing rigorous Salesforce Pipeline Management, new business forecasting, and client target prioritization
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and articulate data into a sales proposition a plus
  • Collaboration with multiple internal support teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree or comparable experience
  • 15+ years’ experience in internet media/technology sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in our London office
  • There may be light travel to support your teams in wider Europe

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
