Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support program management of Ecosystem Risk programs including the PCI Data Security & Third-Party Risk programs.
  • Provide operational support to stakeholders and assist with billing for the FRECOP fraud under reporting program.
  • Execute program management that includes reviewing the program, training & awareness, monitoring of the program and enforcement as and when required.
  • Contribute to training of external and internal stakeholders on Ecosystem Risk Programs to include PCI Data Security & Third-Party Risk programs.
  • Respond to questions relating to Ecosystem Risk programs from clients and internal stakeholders regarding program management and compliance.
  • Action program governance according to RACI to promote strong risk controls within the Visa ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Global Risk program teams to ensure consistency in process and approach.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client facing meetings to recommend strong payment security best practices.
  • Action ad-hoc research and investigations as required by senior management.
  • The role is required to support and implement mini projects where collaboration and leadership is required with all teams within the Visa Europe Risk management division.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Must have;

  • Knowledge, understanding or experience of risk management practices in financial services.
  • Knowledge of payment card industry (PCI) security standards and practices.
  • Excellent reasoning, numerical and analytical skills, interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to discuss complex program management issues with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority, both internally and externally. 
  • Track record in synthesizing complex information to produce impactful management information and analysis and support informed executive decision making.
  • Experienced in preparing/reviewing/delivering executive level communications, both written and oral.

Desirable;

  • Knowledge and understanding of Visa payment systems and transaction processing.
  • Visa ecosystem risk compliance framework understanding will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of other payment flows, Visa Payments Limited, Tink and Visa Direct for example.
  • Educated to degree level or hold equivalent professional experience, data security and or compliance related qualifications desirable.
  • Knowledge of fraud reporting
  •  Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulation
