We have an exciting opportunity for a Fraud Detection Manager to join our newly formed Risk Intelligence team.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Intelligence you will be responsible for contributing to and enabling the execution of the Risk Intelligence roadmap and strategy through the development and delivery of data-driven solutions and support for Risk Intelligence processes and stakeholders.

Location: This is a fully remote position being advertised in England and Malta.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, propose, develop and maintain data solutions required to enable Risk Intelligence team workflows and delivery against objectives.
  • Conduct independent research and translate research outcomes into well-documented processes to be implemented into the team's day-to-day. Support the implementation of new Risk Intelligence processes and change management efforts.
  • Proactively develop and deliver technical data solutions ensuring technical aspects and data interpretation are consumable to less technical members of the team.
  • Document and effectively communicate best and/or new risk mitigation practices within Risk Intelligence scope to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Drive excellence in data collection, storage, and usage

What you will bring to the role:

  • At least 7 years of combined experience working in data-driven roles across risk management operations. Master’s degree in a quantitative field is considered an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience using SQL, PostgreSQL, SnowSQL, Python, advanced MS Excel or Tableau features, or equivalent recognised certification. Experience or certification in Snowflake ecosystems is considered an advantage.
  • Experience leading technical, data-driven teams or technical risk mitigation projects heavily relying on data integrity and veracity for delivery against objectives.
  • Experience in game integrity, game ecosystems management, or equivalent function in an online gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of online peer to peer games and casino style products
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn big and unstructured data into actionable insights, recommendations, and visual stories.
