Combine reward program administration and people analytics: support annual pay review, bonus schemes, benefits and legislative reporting; prepare, cleanse and validate HRIS data; produce reports, visualisations and insights to inform people decisions; support data governance and documentation.
This is an exciting new dual role sitting at the heart of our People Team, playing a crucial part in both our Reward strategy and the implementation and ongoing administration of our new HRIS system. If you love working with data, have a passion for people analytics, and want to make a real impact on how Butlin’s rewards and looks after its teams, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll become a trusted member of our People Team, supporting the systems, data and reward programmes that help our teams thrive. On the Reward side, you'll help deliver some of our most important annual people processes, including our Annual Pay Review, bonus schemes and legislative reporting such as Gender Pay Gap reporting. You'll also keep our existing reward and benefits programmes running smoothly - from B Rewarded! and Backstage Pass to Long Service Awards and our salary sacrifice car scheme, while supporting the introduction of new benefits and incentives as we continue to evolve our offering.
Alongside this, you'll use data to tell the story behind our people. You'll produce regular reports, respond to business requests for analysis and benchmarking, and provide insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation. As we introduce our new HRIS, you'll play an important part in preparing, cleansing and validating People data, helping ensure our information is accurate, consistent and ready for the future. You'll also support data governance activities and help document People process that will underpin our new system.
