Reward & People Analytics Partner

As a Reward & People Analytics Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across the People Team, Finance and the wider business to provide insights, deliver projects and manage cyclical reward activities. You will also help to shape policies, reward strategy and workforce planning to help us continue to evolve our capabilities around reward and people data.
What you’ll be doing
This role is an exciting opportunity to work across all aspects of the People Team, partnering closely with Business Partners, Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition to enable data-led decision making across all aspects of the employee journey and to leverage people data as a strategic driver of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Administer cyclical reward processes such as the annual salary review and partner with other teams to support on related processes such as performance mapping or holiday purchasing.
- Support reward decisions across the business with appropriate benchmarking and judgment, ensuring our pay is fair and aligned with business needs.
- Provide the wider People Team with dashboard and analytics support to help piece together a coherent story around our people data.
- Own key reporting around our people, such as reporting on our people to leadership or analysing Rightmove’s gender pay gap.
- Take ownership of workforce planning, allowing us to report accurately on our workforce in real time and providing insights into the future.
- Partner closely with our brokers and Finance team to ensure our benefits remain competitive, impactful and cost-effective.
Who you are
- You will be a strong analytical thinker who is confident in tackling ambiguous challenges. You will also have strong story-telling skills and be able to turn data and statistics into genuine insights.
- You will have good commercial awareness, and you will be able to balance principle-based arguments with pragmatic, commercial decision making.
- You will be someone who embraces working independently, but also someone who partners well with colleagues across the business to deliver projects.
- You will be able to operate in an unstructured and fast-paced environment. We often work on projects outside of our day-to-day responsibilities to support the wider team, so it is important that you are resilient and able to filter out noise to understand where the highest priorities lay.
- Strong Excel skills are required, along with experience of working with internal people systems (e.g. HRIS and ATS).
