About The Role


As a Reward Partner, you will play a critical role in helping shape and delivering Ocado’s reward strategy, ensuring that our approach to compensation remains a source of competitive advantage. You will provide expert insight into compensation, ensuring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) continues to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on employee compensation programs across key people practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure reward principles align with Ocado’s culture and business objectives.
  • Support the annual pay planning process and the annual sales plans review and roll out.
  • Advice on pay cycle activities, ensuring adherence to reward principles while providing commercially viable solutions.
  • Work closely with the People partners globally to support reward related tasks.
  • Lead on Advanced Compensation processes, including the upload and maintenance of new plans.
  • Oversee the review and updating of salary ranges, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Support the evolution and maintenance of Career Pathways, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Ensuring Compensation programmes adhere to statutory obligations i.e: Pay Transparency

About You

  • Proven experience in a reward or compensation role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Experience in Global Reward across different regions.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, problem-Solving and salary benchmarking.
  • Technical Proficiency using Google Sheets/Docs as an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing compensation frameworks. 
  • Experience leading or contributing to reward-related projects.
  • Understanding of how reward strategies align with business goals, ensuring cost-effective and competitive reward practices.
  • Experience in partnering with different areas of the business and different cultures.
