Working closely with Finance to reconcile the cap table, align on our shareholding position and support with ad-hoc equity-related requests. Future project to introduce a share management tool.
  • Support in the management of our suite of benefits offerings in partnership with our People Experience team, including benefit change projects; working with brokers and third-party providers to manage benefits packages, renewals, etc; creating benefit tools and material including the potential introduction of a flex-bens system; and working with our People Operations team to streamline benefits administration processes.
  • Work closely with our Data & Analytics Manager to create valuable insights from our compensation and benefits data and support with ad-hoc analysis as needed.
