We’re looking for an experienced Reward Manager to design and deliver competitive, fair, and effective compensation and benefits programmes that support our people strategy and business goals. The role spans several areas of reward, and we’re looking for someone who brings solid capability across a number of these domains.

You’ll play a key role across a mix of reward activities, which may include:

  • Managing elements of our mobility offering, including the company car and car salary sacrifice scheme
  • Supporting the design and delivery of compensation, benefits and incentive programmes
  • Contributing to the annual pay and benefits review
  • Analysing reward data and market insights to inform recommendations
  • Providing advice to HR and business leaders on reward policy and practice
  • Coordinating benchmarking activities, survey submissions and external provider relationships
  • Contributing to reward governance and continuous improvement within the team

 What You’ll Bring

  • Strong compensation & benefits experience
  • Experience in company car/car salary sacrifice experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver in a complex environment.
  • High levels of integrity, credibility, and a drive for achievement.
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
