  • Using data-led storytelling and insight to influence outcomes at the most senior levels, shifting conversations from data interpretation to decision optimisation
  • Setting and upholding best-in-class governance, ensuring data, automation, and AI are used responsibly, securely, and in line with regulatory and ethical standards
The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in reward, compensation, and regulatory governance within a complex, highly regulated environment, along with the ability to apply this in a rapidly evolving, data-led context. You’ll also have to bring a strong track record in leading data and analytics transformation, including deploying automation and AI to fundamentally improve insight, scalability, and impact.

In addition, you’ll need:

  • The ability to move from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics, enabling forward-looking, commercially relevant decision-making
  • Strong delivery experience across large-scale transformation and change programmes, driving both operational excellence and step-change innovation
  • Experience influencing at senior levels through insight-led narratives, translating complexity into clear, compelling direction and action
  • A deep understanding of data governance, risk, and ethics, including the responsible and controlled use of AI and automation in a regulated environment
  • Proven experience building high-performing, future-focused analytics teams, with strong capability in advanced tools, automation, and emerging technologies
