Locations:
Salford Quays M50 3SP, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds LS5 3BF or London
Full-time position: 37.5hours   
Salary Range: £46,000 - £57,000
Hybrid and flexible working options available.

About the Role
Join Bupa's dynamic Reward Delivery team, where you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of cyclical and ad-hoc reward programmes across our business. You'll be at the forefront of Bupa’s continuous improvement activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of reward projects and highlighting / tracking key risk indicators across a project’s lifecycle. You will be engaging with various key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to gather feedback and input and driving changes through to completion. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the full reward cycle and all its elements, ensuring a seamless execution and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key reward activities such as analysis, modelling, and bonus calculations.
  • Lead or contribute significantly to large cyclical reward activities, including annual salary and bonus reviews and pay range creation.
  • Provide advanced analysis and support to Reward Partners on complex reward-related activities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within the reward function.
  • Offer specialised support and guidance on the Bupa Job Family Framework.
  • Participate in job evaluation panels and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain key reward frameworks and manage reward collateral.
  • Act as an SME and point of escalation for the reward team, providing guidance to employees and stakeholders.
  • Understand the needs of Business Units and ensure work considers organisational and employee impact.
  • Support the development of reward analysts and other roles within the Reward Delivery function.

Key Experience and Skills You Will Bring

  • Deep technical reward experience and understanding, covering all elements of remuneration (pay, bonuses, benefits).
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working in an environment that requires strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in utilising job evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong communication, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders at all levels of an organization, with the ability to influence and persuade when required.
  • Experience with pay ranges, both creation and application.
  • Experience working with Workday or similar HR software.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.

Desirable

  • Training in Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology.
  • Workday training in compensation elements (Fundamentals / Advanced Compensation).
