Reward Analyst
Reward Analyst - fulltime - Salary £39,094 to £45,610 (dependent on experience).
We’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join the People team as a Reward Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring our reward frameworks are fair, competitive, and aligned with OS’s strategic goals.
About the role
As Reward Analyst, you will
Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of OS’s reward strategy, including pay, benefits, and recognition.
Analyse internal and external reward data to provide insight and recommendations that inform decision-making.
Support on benchmarking activities, ensuring OS remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
Support the annual pay review and bonus processes, including modelling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Maintain and develop reward-related policies, tools, and communications.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure reward solutions are aligned with business needs and budgets.
Build and maintain professional working relationships with all external service-related stakeholders, and all relevant internal stakeholders
Provide expert advice and guidance on reward matters to managers and colleagues.
Gain a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the payroll processes and procedures. Being able to provide support to OS’s Payroll partner and offer cover at times when required.
Contribute to the development of reward dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency and insight.
About You
We’re looking for someone who
Has strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience working with reward or HR data.
Is detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex datasets and financial models.
Is confident communicating insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
Is proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Ideally has experience working in a Reward or HR analytics role.
Has a good understanding of reward principles, pay structures, and benchmarking methodologies (desirable but not essential).

Salary – £39,094 to £45,610
