About Us

Transak is a leading Web3 payments infrastructure provider, enabling seamless on/off ramps for crypto and fiat globally. We power hundreds of wallets, games, and DeFi apps through our APIs, SDKs, and B2C products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the revenue engine at Transak. This person will be the backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) operations, working across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment, efficiency, and visibility into performance. You will play a key role in defining targets, streamlining workflows, optimizing tools, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & KPIs: Define, track, and report on sales and revenue metrics including Gross Profit (GP), conversion funnels, deal stages, and pipeline health across BD, Sales, and AM.

  • Incentive Planning: Design, implement, and refine incentive structures tied to revenue and GP metrics to motivate high performance across sales and BD teams.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Build revenue forecasts, pipeline models, and territory plans; own quarterly planning cadences and target-setting process.

  • Revenue Tech Stack: Own tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Google Sheets, Notion, and dashboarding platforms. Drive adoption, integrations, and process automation.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the lead-to-revenue cycle and implement improvements to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction.

  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights and dashboards to GTM teams and leadership. Own weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting cadences.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance for end-to-end visibility and alignment.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS or fintech company; crypto experience a plus.

  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and leadership to design and track KPIs.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), BI tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented; strong business acumen with a growth mindset.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Why Join Us
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and fintech innovation.

  • Fast-paced, high-impact environment with room to grow into senior leadership.

  • Collaborative, values-driven culture with a flat structure.

  • Competitive compensation and ESOPs.
