The Opportunity

Deepgram is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and scale our revenue-driving processes as we continue our rapid growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline operations, enhance data-driven decision-making, and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and revenue impact. You’ll have the opportunity to support the go-to-market strategy for our patented, world-class speech recognition technology, ensuring our teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and processes needed to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

Quote to Cash Leadership

  • Oversee the governance of CPQ (configure, price, quote) processes, ensuring deals are accurately configured and quoted within established guidelines.

  • Leveraging Conga Composer, control the structure, management, and generation of templates for accurate quotes, order forms, and amendments.

  • Review signed order forms for compliance, accuracy, and other deal desk parameters before downstream processing.

  • Manage and oversee the loading of customer configurations, usage credits, and subscription details into product and financial systems of record.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to enable them to use these tools effectively while maintaining ownership of the overall process.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Accounting teams to ensure metering, billing, customer contracts, and subscriptions are processed and reconciled.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales Leadership to ensure processes align with organizational policies and customer requirements.

Salesforce Administration and Reporting

  • Serve as the front-line Salesforce administrator, managing system configurations, user permissions, workflows, and updates.

  • Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports in Salesforce to monitor and analyze key metrics, including usage trends, subscription data, and revenue performance.

  • Provide cross-functional teams with actionable insights and reports that support strategic decision-making.

  • Serve as the administrator for other Revenue Operations tools, including DocuSign, Conga, and Skuid.

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure processes are streamlined.

Data Governance and Process Optimization

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain the integrity of subscription and usage data.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve efficiency in revenue operations.

  • Ensure accurate data flow and synchronization between Salesforce, financial systems, and internal tools.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a high-growth SaaS environment (usage-based billing model a plus).

Salesforce Platform & Tools

  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills (Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred).

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ (or similar quoting tools).

  • Proficiency with Conga Composer, DocuSign, and Skuid (or similar tools) for generating and managing customer-facing documents.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • SQL: Ability to write and optimize complex queries for data extraction and analysis.

  • Python: Proficiency in data wrangling and automation.

  • Forecasting: Familiarity with time-series forecasting methodologies.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Strong command of Salesforce reports, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Invoicing/Subscription Systems: Familiarity with recurring billing platforms and subscription management.

  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing scalable processes in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation Range: $120K - $185K
