🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help Triptease scale its commercial engine in a high-growth, fast-paced and ambitious environment.

Reporting to the Head of RevOps & Enablement, you’ll act as a trusted business partner to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and revenue leaders, contributing to Growth Leadership Team (GLT) discussions and providing insights to the Senior Management Team (SMT). You’ll connect strategy with execution, aligning Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Enablement around shared priorities and clear accountability.

This is a broad, hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll own Growth reporting, analytics, performance analysis and budgeting, alongside sales bookings recognition and commission processing. Working closely with colleagues across RevOps, Enablement and the wider Growth team, you’ll also lead core Sales Operations, including pricing, deal desk and commercial processes, and coordinate contract and terms and conditions redlines.

You’ll inherit an established technology stack and operating model. Your first priority will be to maintain reliable delivery, understand what works and build trust. From there, you’ll recommend and implement pragmatic, evidence-based improvements, including no-code automation and AI-assisted workflows.

🧩 What you’ll do
  • Support the Head of RevOps & Enablement in running and evolving the function, acting as a trusted operational partner and taking ownership of high-impact priorities through to reliable delivery.
  • Partner with the CGO and revenue leaders to turn company goals into Growth plans, operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
  • Bring clear analysis, recommendations and constructive challenge to GLT and SMT discussions.
  • Align Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Sales Enablement around shared goals, ownership and effective handoffs.
  • Own Growth reporting, analytics and performance reviews, providing a trusted view of the revenue funnel and translating insight into action.
  • Own sales bookings recognition and reporting, maintaining clear definitions, processes and controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Own commission calculation and processing for the Sales and broader Growth teams, ensuring outcomes are accurate, timely and clearly communicated.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline governance, including standards and review cadences, so leaders have an accurate view of risk and expected performance.
  • Establish shared definitions, ownership and data-quality standards so Salesforce remains a trusted source of truth.
  • Partner with Finance and functional leaders on revenue planning, including budgeting, capacity, territories, quotas, targets and incentive design.
  • Lead core Sales Operations, including process design, pricing governance, approvals and deal desk management.
  • Coordinate contract and terms and conditions redlines, maintaining version control, managing approvals, identifying material risks and escalating them to management when required.
  • Own the existing revenue technology stack and operating processes, maintaining business continuity while managing tooling costs, vendors, adoption and return on investment, and delivering prioritised improvements over time.
  • Use modern revenue tools, no-code automation and AI-assisted workflows to remove manual work, improve decisions and scale reliable processes.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
  • At least five years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related commercial operations role within a SaaS or software business.
  • A track record of thriving in a high-growth startup or scale-up, balancing pace and ambition with sound judgement and reliable execution.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with the ability to manage and improve the CRM independently.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, sales processes, deal desk and commercial workflows.
  • Experience coordinating contract and terms and conditions redlines, with the judgement to handle routine commercial changes, identify material risks and escalate them to management when required.
  • Demonstrated experience across a modern revenue technology stack, with a clear understanding of which tools to use, and when, to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Strong no-code automation skills and a track record of connecting systems and simplifying workflows.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, including ownership of executive reporting, performance analysis, planning and budgeting.
  • Strong self-management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to set direction, create clarity and remain close to delivery.
  • A strong track record of orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams with different priorities, often without direct authority.
  • A pragmatic approach to change: able to inherit an established operation, maintain continuity and improve it progressively based on evidence and business needs.
⭐ Nice to have
  • Demonstrated success applying AI to commercial operations, moving beyond experimentation to embed AI-assisted workflows and drive adoption.
  • Experience working with APIs and MCPs, using AI harnesses and applying AI-assisted software engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
