Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Operations & HubSpot CRM Manager to own the systems, data and process backbone of the revenue engine the CRM platform, pipeline data integrity, and forecasting/reporting infrastructure so the business has accurate, scalable revenue operations as the GPU estate and customer base grow.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


CRM Ownership


  • Full administration of the CRM system (HubSpot) as the system of record for the full
  • revenue lifecycle, from lead/RFP intake through opportunity management and
  • renewal
  • Define and enforce data governance standards: field definitions, pipeline stages, deal hygiene rules
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage supporting RevOps tools (e-signature, billing/usage metering integrations, BI tools) to give full visibility into the revenue funnel

Revenue Operations Process


  • Design and continuously improve the quote-to-cash process across the commercial team
  • Own pipeline hygiene standards and drive adoption across the Commercial function
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the revenue cycle
  • Collaborate with Head of Contracts and Commercial Finance to operate efficient deal desks

Forecasting & Reporting Infrastructure


  • Build and maintain forecasting methodology and pipeline coverage models suited to long-cycle, high-value GPU capacity and colocation deals
  • Build dashboards and reports giving leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends
  • Provide self-serve reporting to reduce ad hoc data requests from leadership

Systems Integration & Enablement


  • Integrate CRM with billing and finance systems to remove manual reconciliation between systems
  • Train and drive CRM/process adoption across the commercial team
  • Serve as the operational liaison to Finance/FP&A for monthly and quarterly revenue reporting inputs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with deep, hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce also relevant) — not just usage as an end user
  • Experience in B2B technology, cloud/infrastructure, data center, or other complex long-sales-cycle enterprise environments; exposure to GPU cloud, neocloud, or HPC commercial models is a strong plus
  • Strong command of forecasting methodology, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, with fluency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of usage-based/consumption billing models
  • Strong process-design instincts and comfort driving adoption across a small, senior commercial team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field


KPIs for Success


  • CRM data quality and adoption rate (e.g., % of open opportunities with complete up-to-date fields)
  • Forecast accuracy (variance between forecast and closed revenue)
  • Pipeline coverage ratio against target, by segment
  • Reduction in manual reconciliation time and ad hoc reporting requests
