StubHub is the industry-leading entertainment marketplace dedicated to helping people attend their favorite live events. We are on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale.

StubHub's Strategy & Analytics team is looking for an associate with revenue operations, CRM management, automation, and data visualization experience to help scale our Open Distribution Partnerships initiative – a high-visibility growth driver for the company. The Partnerships group works with live events organizers – including sports teams & leagues, concert promoters, festivals, and other rights holders – to advance their ticketing strategy and improve fan access by leveraging StubHub as a distribution channel. Within the Partnerships group, our Strategy & Analytics team owns all data analysis, financial forecasting, deal valuation, performance measurement, and strategic advisory work throughout the partnerships lifecycle.

This role will focus on driving informed and scalable pre- and post-deal processes. Working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Finance, and Product, the associate will define, implement, maintain, and refine the internal procedures that enable clear and effective communication across the Open Distribution organization.

  • Communicating rev ops processes to the Sales team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance, answer questions, and incorporate feedback
  • Monitor initiative KPIs and deliver clear and actionable reporting to leadership, leveraging available data integrations and visualizations
  • Design and manage scalable sales outreach using CRM and other engagement tools (e.g., sequencing, segmentation, targeting, etc.)
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders like Finance and Product to define metrics, improve data flows, and facilitate informed decision-making

What You've Done:

  • 3-5 years of work experience, including direct experience in a revenue operations or similar role at a technology company
  • Extensive experience overseeing adoption and maintenance of CRM tools (ideally HubSpot, though experience with similar products is sufficient)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, including experience working directly with sales and finance teams
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, with ability to independently produce actionable insights and output compelling data visualizations
  • Track record of streamlining business operations via automation (e.g., dynamic reporting, outbound messaging, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Hex, Snowflake, and AI-powered data tools helpful but not required

What We Offer:

  • Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.
  • Top Tier Compensation Package: Competitive base, equity, and upside that tracks with your impact.
  • Flexible Time Off: Enjoy unlimited Flex Time Off, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and take time to recharge as needed.
