Role Summary:
The Revenue Operations team at Patsnap supports our commercial department. They work with all functions within the business across the globe. They support and enable via strategy, process, data-storytelling, and our extensive tech stack.
We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who will be responsible for proactively supporting the Senior Revenue Operations Manager in a variety of regular & ad-hoc data analysis/reporting, plus setting up clients for the products they have purchased.
This is a hybrid position in our Toronto, Canada office. The expectations are to work in office 1-2 times a week or fully in office if preferred.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing order forms in Salesforce and set-up clients for the approved products in the Patsnap provisioning system (Backoffice)
- Completing and analyzing daily / weekly / monthly reporting using a combination of Salesforce/ttech stack and Excel
- System management & Data Verification: checking, amending and updating information in all our tech stack
- Helping to investigate and draft new updated processes
- Resolving ‘cases ‘– which can be any query/task raised within Patsnap or by a client
- Collaborating and sharing ideas and work with all members of the team and the wider organization to constantly add value and improve the work of Revenue Operations
- Taking on other projects or data analyses as requested by your manager
About You:
- Confident, commercially minded and can manage/prioritize key tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally 1 years + experience at a SaaS company, working on data/systems
- Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SharePoint and any other Tech tools (e.g ZoomInfo, Outreach or Gong)
- Experience leveraging data to demonstrate business performance
- Attention to detail – checking a variety of information for accuracy
- Problem solving skills with good business sense, understanding what is commercially viable
- Open-minded – willing to learn and take on new challenges as the Tech landscape in constantly changing
