We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to support the governance and reporting of pipeline activity across EMEA. This role sits within the marketing and revenue operations team ensuring that pipeline insights drive smarter demand generation strategies and sales execution.
You will be responsible for tracking and optimizing in-country campaigns, analyzing contact-to-close performance, and leading the regional sales interlock process to enhance pipeline efficiency and revenue impact. Working alongside a team of regional GTM and growth specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Governance & Data-Driven Insights

Own pipeline tracking and reporting, ensuring visibility into lead flow, sales engagement, and conversion trends across EMEA.

Analyse contact-to-close performance, identifying areas to accelerate deal progression and remove conversion bottlenecks.

Provide structured insights to marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to enhance pipeline contribution.
Tracking & Optimizing In-Country Campaigns

Partner with regional GTM marketing teams to track the performance of in-country campaigns and assess their impact on pipeline generation.

Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize campaign ROI, MQL quality, and lead handover processes.

Align campaign metrics with sales velocity, SQL progression, and revenue contribution.
Sales Interlock & Funnel Optimization

Lead sales interlock discussions, ensuring tight alignment between marketing-driven leads and sales follow-up processes.

Support lead-to-opportunity conversion strategies, working closely with SDRs and account executives to refine qualification and engagement tactics.

Implement best practices for CRM data integrity, lead nurturing, and opportunity stage progression.
Process Optimization & Governance

Drive consistency in reporting and governance across EMEA pipeline activities.

Enhance marketing attribution models to improve visibility into campaign-driven revenue impact.

Support automation and standardization of pipeline tracking methodologies across markets.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Sales Strategy (preferably in enterprise sales).

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.

Marketing & Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of lead scoring, pipeline attribution, and demand generation analytics.

Process & Governance: Experience optimizing CRM workflows, campaign performance tracking, and sales-marketing alignment.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work across marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to drive data-driven pipeline improvements.
