Job Title:  Revenue Growth Manager

Location: London Office - Hybrid

Job Description

About the role:

The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing strategies to drive profitability across the consumer brands. This role focuses on optimising sales strategies, pricing, marketing efforts, and operational processes to maximise profitability and customer acquisition. The Revenue Growth Manager works closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other key teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve customer retention, and enhance revenue generation strategies. Whilst also supporting ad hoc projects aligned to the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking revenue performance across all channels & brands
  • Create & implement strategies to improve mix management by identifying action plans to optimise
  • Lead consumer pricing strategy development and guidelines across our brands aligning to Galderma business strategy
  • Analyse market data & create insights to understand o shoppers behaviour and perception on price
  • Provide insights into customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify Risks & Opportunities to our defined pricing strategies
  • Lead the development of promotional strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to our brand & product objectives
  • Drive promotional effectiveness of spend on Promotions across our channels and customers including Post Event Analysis, ensuring actions are implemented into the market
  • Provide financial evaluation and analytical expertise with the ability to influence cross functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree level education (Commercial education, e.g., business, economics, administration preferable but flexible)
  • 5+ years commercial experience in revenue growth management & with a proven track record of business development in FMCG across sales and or marketing
  • High proficiency with key data sources for external data sources including EPOS and shopper data
  • Understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations
  • Microsoft proficiency user. Power BI experience would be ideal
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable and confident mindset
