Here’s what you’ll be doing:


An opportunity has arisen for a data accurate individual with an ability to work with large volumes of data to join our Financial Controls team.


Reporting to Estefania (Senior Revenue Accounting Manager), you’ll assist with process improvement initiatives that are designed to streamline the Revenue Accounting processes as you develop your career.

As one of our Revenue Accounting Analysts, you’ll:

  • review, approve or decline customer refunds requests
  • process refund requests from the Contact Centre by BACS or cheque
  • own the BACS process exceptions and failed verification processes
  • preparation, review and validation of insurer statements of Core and New Markets revenue
  • assist with the daily Stripe Payment Reconciliation ensuring all payments have been properly identified and allocated
  • assist with the identification of off platform transactions
  • support the Revenue Accounting Team function with the investigation and allocation of all sales to Revenue Receipts
  • raise Finance Notifications to the Contact Centre to correct unallocated sales and payments post investigation, and monitor resolution on a timely basis

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • good understanding of Excel having experience of formulae in Excel
  • able to manipulate large amounts of data
  • able to handle confidential information in a sensitive way
  • effectively engage and work with key stakeholders
  • actively pursuing an accounting qualification
