As our next Retention & Credit Control Manager, you will lead the execution of retention strategies, driving initiatives to reduce churn, improve renewal rates, and enhance member engagement. Moving beyond traditional call centre retention, you will ensure proactive intervention, leveraging self-serve capabilities, automation, and AI-driven insights to catch potential churn risks before they escalate.

  • Strong grip on churn, renewals, collections, and retention

  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Braze, or similar tools

  • Builds targeted retention and credit strategies

  • Knows WFM, telephony, and offshore team management

  • Improves UK vs BPO performance against goals

  • Leads cross-team work across Product, CRM, Engineering, and Revenue Ops

  • Spots opportunities in automation, self-serve, and AI

  • Understands financial impact and long-term retention

  • Builds and leads high-performing teams
