Retail Account Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Retail Account Specialist to our EMEA Operations based in Leeds.

As a Retail Account Specialist at SharkNinja, you will manage the delivery of sales orders, ensuring they meet client expectations. You’ll provide customer service to retailers and internal teams and handle administrative tasks. This role involves collaborating with freight providers, 3PLs, and clients to optimize service levels while reducing lead times and operating costs.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Process Purchase Orders: Ensure timely order fulfillment by accurately processing purchase orders.
  • Track & Report Orders: Monitor and report on order status from initiation to delivery.
  • Validate Pricing: Ensure pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage Inventory: Validate inventory and allocate resources based on order needs.
  • Coordinate Delivery: Secure delivery dates and times via client central booking.
  • Oversee Order Fulfillment: Ensure all steps in the order fulfillment process are completed successfully.
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and address any system discrepancies.
  • Manage Client Requirements: Ensure client needs are met operationally.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain: Oversee supply chain operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Order Processing: Manage both purchase and sales order processing.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Maintain communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
  • Plan & Track Shipments: Organize and track shipments as per customer specifications.
  • Maintain Warehouse Logs: Keep accurate records of stock levels and executed orders.
  • Prepare Reports: Provide management with reports on order status, inventory, and shipping.
  • Facilitate Shipments: Ensure efficient product shipping between destinations.
  • Preventing Delays & Quality Issues: Proactively manage delays or quality concerns.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Focus on improving processes, operations, and customer satisfaction.

 Some of the skills and experience you will bring:

  • Logistics Experience: Preferred, but attention to detail and teamwork are key. IT literacy and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Advanced Excel & IT Skills: Proficient in Excel and ideally experienced with ERP systems.
  • Drive & Ambition: Strong motivation to deliver results and progress within the organization.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Organized & Efficient: Resourceful, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects to completion.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting demands.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additionally, we ‘d love to hear from you if you are fluent in either French, German, Polish, Italian or Spanish.
