We are looking for a Responsible Investment Analyst to join our RI team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and engaging with companies on topics of particular interest to our sustainability-orientated clients, with a particular focus on social topics.

If you have a passion for ESG, are analytical, hard-working, a great teammate, eager to learn and articulate with good attention to detail, then this could be the opportunity for you.

Research & engagement:

  • Collaborate with wider RI and technology teams to identify relevant data or metrics on topics under coverage, to support client requests or portfolio analytics
  • Join client meetings to present our thinking
To be successful in this role you will have…

  • Sustainability knowledge, with a strong preference for specific expertise in social topics such as human rights.
  • Strong analytical research skills. Quantitative skills (particularly Excel) would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of company engagement and/or client presentations would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • An ability to work autonomously and take ownership, but also able to work effectively as part of a broader team with a sense of collaboration to achieve shared goals.
