About The Role

This is a pivotal role offering significant opportunity within the exciting and ever-evolving world of PR, Social & Influence. As a Resource Manager, you’ll be a critical part of the agency’s operational success, supporting one of its busiest departments.

You will be instrumental in managing a complex interplay of people, equipment, time, and budget to ensure every project stays on track. From identifying the right talent for a new campaign to ensuring every new starter is fully equipped, you'll be key to maintaining seamless workflows.

You’ll work closely with a vibrant Integrated Team spanning 6 key disciplines. This role demands exceptional communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating Agency Flow: Act as a key liaison between internal teams (Resource, Finance, IT, Creative) to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within PR, Social & Influence, covering Account Management, Strategy, and Creative.
  • Freelance & Onboarding Management: Take charge of our freelance contracts via YunoJuno, ensuring timely and professional engagement with our external talent. Manage IR35 assessments, approve timesheets and invoices, and oversee NDA/Ethics Training. You will also ensure every new starter (freelance or permanent) is seamlessly onboarded and set up for success from day one.
  • Strategic Resource Planning & Support: Develop your understanding of resource management processes. You’ll proactively identify potential gaps, chase up project briefings, monitor resource usage, and provide critical updates to senior managers. This role offers a clear progression path, allowing you to gradually take on more complex resource allocation needs as you grow within the team.
  • Process Optimisation: You're naturally curious, always asking "how can this be better?" You’ll identify opportunities to refine our resource management practices, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement across the agency.
  • Administrative Compliance: Ensure audit compliance, manage job numbers, drive timesheet adherence, and meticulously maintain our freelance tracker to be accurate and up-to-date.
