We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.
 
We are seeking a qualified non-life actuary to join our Actuarial team as a Reserving Actuary, playing a key role in delivering high-quality reserving insights across a diverse portfolio of insurance and reinsurance liabilities.

Responsibilities
• Lead production of best estimate reserves across multiple portfolios reporting to Head of Reserving.
• Prepare and present quarterly reserving results to senior committees.
• Partner with Claims, Reinsurance, Finance and Data teams on portfolio reviews and onboarding of new acquisitions.
• Support the audit process for the Group and regulated entities.
• Play a central role in implementing our technology-driven reserving transformation 

Candidate requirements
• Qualified actuary with 4+ years’ GI reserving experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Curious, innovative and comfortable driving change in a growing organisation.
• Proficiency in Excel and reserving software (e.g., ResQ); Python desirable.
• Lloyd’s or London Market experience is desirable.
• Contributing positively to our culture and values.
