Join QRT Academy as a Research Programmes & Operations Lead in London. QRT Academy brings together QRT’s training and development initiatives, academic engagement, and research collaborations, connecting external research communities and talent with QRT and supporting their integration. In this role, you will lead the operational infrastructure that enables these programmes and partnerships to scale effectively across teams and regions.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Lead the design and execution of operational frameworks underpinning QRT’s global academic partnerships and research initiatives
  • Build and scale operational infrastructure that enables high-quality intellectual collaboration
  • Ensure effective delivery of programmes across institutions, teams, and regions
  • Own and manage the operational systems supporting academic partnerships, research programmes, events, and global initiatives
  • Oversee and optimise the contractual and administrative frameworks underpinning university collaborations and visiting researcher programmes
  • Translate programme activity into clear reporting and insights to support senior leadership
  • Own programme budgets and drive operational efficiency across regions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with academic partners and internal stakeholders
  • Drive alignment and coordination across initiatives, teams, and locations globally
  • Continuously improve and evolve programme operations and infrastructure

Your present skillset:

  • Degree-level qualification, ideally in Business, Operations, Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing programmes or operations in complex or fast-paced environments
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions
  • Experience supporting budgets, contracts, or operational processes is advantageous
  • Experience in globally distributed or research-intensive environments is advantageous
  • Background in research partnerships, academic collaboration, or industry engagement is advantageous
  • Interest in research, technology, or academic collaboration is beneficial
