Research Manager

The Research Manager at YouGov will assume the responsibility of delivering actionable insights and recommendations to some of the world's largest tech and social media companies. You will be working at a company that has established a robust reputation for its unparalleled data accuracy achieved through the application of innovative sampling and weighting methodologies.

• Liaise with clients, recommend appropriate research methodologies.
• Fieldwork management: manage external suppliers, monitor fieldwork for issues, correct
• problems, manage timings, reminders, and incentives
• Analyze results and write meaningful and actionable insights reports
• Ensure client satisfaction and represent YouGov in a professional and ethical manner at all times

• Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Ability to communicate accurately and professionally with clients
• Ability to find creative and innovative solutions for complex and varied problems
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Impartiality and adaptability
• Proven client presentation experience
