Here’s a summary of the role:

Reporting to the sector lead, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining new and existing clients in the Digital, Media, and Technology team. You will build key relationships with clients and execute various research projects with support from the wider sector team. This position sits within the Custom Insight department.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Lead and manage quantitative research projects from project inception through to final delivery
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams responsible for survey scripting, fieldwork, and data processing
  • Develop analysis plans and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
  • Produce reports with clear storytelling, including data visualisation, headlines, and summaries (primarily in PowerPoint)
  • Quality check work produced by junior researchers and offshore teams
  • Present findings to clients and participate in key meetings including project kick-offs and debriefs
  • Support business development through proposal writing, costing, and responding to client briefs
  • Mentor and support junior researchers across the team

  • 3–5 years’ experience in quantitative primary research within a client-facing role
  • Experience delivering online research projects across multiple methodologies
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
