Each rotation will involve meaningful assignments and projects, mentorship and coaching, and collaborative interactions to develop business acumen and technical expertise and set them on the path to a pharmaceutical career.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $100,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Computer Science or Data Science)
- Strong academic performance (minimum 3.3 GPA)
- No more than 2 years of continuous work experience after graduation
