Job Description

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to be based in Heathrow who will responsible for managing and coordinating all project requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal validation and verification.

This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex documentation processes.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:-

  • Requirements Analysis, Validation and Verification, Obtaining Acceptance:
    • Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and internal needs.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate and verify the requirements.
    • To obtain acceptance from the Customer
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive requirements documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, software, site, etc.) to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  • Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Quality Assurance - ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to implementation and testing
  • Reporting - generate regular reports on the status of requirements, highlighting any risks or issues.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or engineering management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing requirements.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – preferred

  • Ideally worked on integrated Automation Systems in the Manufacturing or Distribution Industries

  • Understanding of Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management processes; traceability, version control and change management.
