We are looking for a National Account Representative to join our Plant-Based team in a Remote (Field Based) position on a permanent basis. This vital role is responsible for supporting with internal reporting and processes, as well as management of a number of key accounts across Grocery retail & Foodservice. This is the ideal position for a person looking to launch their career in FMCG Sales. The National Account Representative will report to the Head of Sales for Plant-Based.

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Playing an integral role in the development of our growing plant-based business, which includes Cathedral City Plant-Based, Sheese and Private Label.
  • Working alongside the Head of Sales on the management of an eclectic range of customers across Grocery & Foodservice, as well as following up new business opportunities.
  • Building customer relationships, managing base and promotional plans, and using category insights to influence range and distribution.
  • Supporting accounts within multiple channels, with the guidance from the Head of Sales.
  • Supporting the team with adhoc requests, including following up with new business opportunities, sample ordering and invoice processing.
  • Taking ownership of extracting weekly data from retailer portals and providing price, promotion and EPOS reports on a weekly basis.

YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…

  • Experienced (1 year +) within FMCG, ideally working within a commercial support function.
  • Experience in selling to external customers and with exposure to the process of joint business planning.
  • Knowledgeable of the FMCG industry with appreciation of structure, key relationships and retailer strategic direction.
  • Experienced in identifying and winning new business.
  • Have a proven track record in relationship building, analysing data and presenting.
  • Results oriented whilst being team oriented.
