Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fixed Term Reporting & Admin Coordinator to cover a period of maternity.

The role is based on site at our Manufacturing & Distribution facility in Swindon.

The Reporting & Admin Coordinator will join us on a full time, fixed term basis for approximately 12 months, in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £26,000.00 – £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting & Admin Coordinator to manage purchasing activities for the site and support the Distribution Centre with regular reporting and performance metrics. You will be responsible for maintaining purchasing records, coordinating with suppliers, and producing timely reports for internal stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with cost centre managers, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure the timely procurement of materials, effective communication, and accurate data tracking across key reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly Excel spreadsheets with raw data inputs
  • Deliver month-end reports and prepare templates for the following month’s reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and staff to coordinate quotations, pricing, and proofing of artwork
  • Carry out cost comparisons where appropriate
  • Work with cost centre managers to validate orders, raise purchase orders, and manage stock delivery and organisation
  • Ensure traceability of all supplier purchases across the site—from consumables to one-off projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for supplier purchasing matters
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels of general stationery and consumables
  • Manage email queries related to purchasing and reporting
  • Provide ad hoc support and assist in other areas of the SuperHub when required

The Reporting & Admin Coordinator you will bring excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ideally have experience working with SAP.

A background in purchasing and administration is essential, along with strong attention to detail, numeracy, and reporting accuracy. You will be able to prioritise tasks and take responsibility for managing your workload effectively.
