The Role

As a Real Estate Reporter, you’ll sit at the intersection of journalism and global finance. You’ll track market movements, uncover investment strategies, and build relationships with some of the most influential figures in the industry.

This isn’t just reporting what’s happening, you’ll be expected to break news, generate exclusive insights, and anticipate what’s coming next.

You’ll regularly interview CIOs, fund managers, and investment strategists, turning complex financial activity into compelling, must read stories.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Break exclusive news stories using proprietary intelligence and data-driven insights
  • Produce sharp analysis on market trends, investment strategies, and industry shifts
  • Conduct high-level interviews with senior real estate professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
  • Represent With Intelligence at events and conferences
  • Contribute to a newsroom known for accuracy, credibility, and impact

Requirements
  • Proven journalism experience, ideally in financial or business reporting
  • A proven ability to write engaging, insightful, and exclusive stories
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior industry figures
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to grow in financial journalism
  • A degree in journalism, communications, finance, or similar (preferred)
  • Familiarity with asset management or real estate is an advantage
