About the Role

We are looking for a Renewal Manager – International to own and drive the commercial success of customer renewals across our international markets.

In this role, you will be the commercial engine of the customer lifecycle, responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue by leading renewal, pricing, and contract conversations. You will work in close partnership with Customer Success Managers while owning the commercial outcome end to end.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by clear revenue ownership, enjoys negotiation, and thrives in a high-accountability, high-impact environment.

Here's how you'll make a difference:
  • End-to-end ownership of renewals and expansions for an international customer portfolio

  • Commercial strategy per account (pricing, terms, timing, risk mitigation)

  • Leading renewal, pricing, and contract negotiations with customers, including procurement and legal stakeholders

  • Driving on-time renewals ahead of contract end dates

  • Accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools

  • Early identification and mitigation of at-risk renewals

  • Close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps

  • Managing escalations and complex renewal scenarios

  • Proven negotiation skills, especially around renewals and pricing

  • Strong accountability for deadlines, forecasts, and outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in challenging or escalated conversations

  • A structured, data-driven working style with strong forecasting capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of renewals based on risk and ARR impact

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Leadership

  • Resilience and composure under pressure, especially close to contract end dates

  • High attention to detail in contracts, pricing, and timelines

Language Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Fluent English

  • Fluent Spanish

  • Fluent French

You will regularly manage commercial conversations in all three languages.

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets, renewals, or quota-based goals

  • Experience navigating procurement processes and contract negotiations
