Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Renewal Manager to join our team. The initial focus will be on the Anaplan Consolidation customers.

This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large-scale SaaS cloud company. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based out of our London office two days a week. Your Impact

  • Manage a portfolio of renewals, ensuring successful, on-time execution of renewal processes and contract completion.
  • Work directly with Anaplan customers through video calls, emails, phone, and in-person meetings (when possible) to support the renewal cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience, particularly in cases involving expansion or add-on opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewal terms effectively, ensuring customer retention while balancing business objectives.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of customer transitions from legacy Anaplan products to newer offerings, optimising customer utilisation.
  • Address customer and internal inquiries regarding renewals, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions, working closely with Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process standard and complex renewal quotes, auto-renewal notices, and orders using Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast of renewals in your assigned territory.
  • Archive and maintain all renewal-related documentation for compliance and reference.
  • Resolve issues proactively by researching solutions and consulting with internal teams.

Your Qualifications

  • A “Customer First” mindset with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • 3+ years of SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex renewals and contract discussions.
  • A solid understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and contracting; familiarity with basic revenue recognition policies is a plus.
  • The ability to quickly grasp Anaplan’s Consolidation solutions and articulate their value to customers.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in renewals, sales, or account management within a high-tech or software company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, along with Excel, Word, and other standard business applications.
