We Are Looking for Remote Virtual Assistants with extensive Digital Marketing Agency experience to work US Time Zones

Our US based clients are looking for highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to support their daily operations. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and have extensive experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. This role involves a mix of administrative, customer support, and digital marketing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence.

• Organize and maintain files, documents, and client records.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.

Client & Team Communication:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries professionally.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow up on tasks and deadlines with internal teams.

Social Media & Content Support:

• Assist with content scheduling and posting on social media platforms.

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.

• Research trending topics and suggest content ideas.

Email & CRM Management:

• Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, follow-ups, etc.).

• Update and maintain the CRM with client interactions and notes.

• Assist in lead generation and outreach campaigns.

Project & Task Coordination:

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Coordinate with freelancers, designers, and other team members.

• Assist in managing marketing automation tools.

Research & Data Entry:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Compile data and insights for marketing strategies.

• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in records.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Trello, and CRM software.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
