About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of essential systems within RET&O Operations. You’ll focus on proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous process optimization to enhance service quality. Acting as a key link between technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure operational processes run efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Monitor system health and performance using operational dashboards and tools.

  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.

  • Maintain and optimize operational processes, including change and incident management.

  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with standards.

  • Provide insights and reporting on reliability metrics and trends.

About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliability-driven outcomes. Your focus on continuous improvement and ability to adapt quickly make you an ideal fit for this role.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with monitoring tools and operational dashboards.

  • Knowledge of incident and change management processes.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and initiatives as well as ITIL processes.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
