You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Develop, operate, and maintain the infrastructure vital to ensure that market data is processed, stabilized and redistributed in a live production environment.
- Work with trading desks to ensure successful trading and minimal outages
- Implement and operate tools to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Work directly with exchanges, counterparties, and data providers to bring value to all the trading desks at Two Sigma.
You should possess the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or another highly technical, scientific field
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; 5+ years of experience preferred in programming (structured and OO) with one or more high level language (such as Python, Java, C++)
- Experience with market data production support and/or trade desk support, and knowledge of market microstructure, is preferred but not required
- Linux administration experience. In-depth knowledge of networking technology (such as kernel bypass) is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of supporting live production systems
