What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years related inside sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in sales or marketing techniques with proven ability to cultivate customer relationships
  • Must demonstrate consultative skills when calling on customers, effectively utilizing a certain degree of influence and persuasion.

Impact You'll Make:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and generating revenue from growth of existing client portfolio, new prospects and inactive accounts by marketing appropriate TransUnion products and services.
  • Provide sales and relationship management to an existing customer portfolio of approximately 300 small to mid-sized accounts for a specific assigned territory of $2M to $3M in annual revenue.
  • As the primary point of contact, assist in responding to and resolving customer’s inquiries including but not limited to pricing, reporting, products, billing/collections, system/technical, compliance, and legal.
  • Pre-sales call preparation including customer research using customer website, Callahan, NCUA, FDIC, and internal resources.
  • Responsible for post sales and customer service call documentation including logging notes/calls in Salesforce, setting follow up tasks and logging cases for non-sales inquiries.
  • Post sales call, work with sales manager and/or pricing team on pricing, follow up on contracts and supporting documentation.
  • Responsible for submitting Services Work Order, billing memos, and Batch request
  • Contact and sell warm leads and onboard new customers through credentialing process.
  • Price negotiation concerning market share acquisition.
  • Achieve or exceed annual growth targets
  • You will develop creative solutions that best enhance and match the customers’ needs
  • Participate in individual and team based campaigns and achieve minimum growth requirements
  • ​Coordinate internal and external conference calls with SME, BCS, Strategic Pricing, Compliance, Legal and other internal/external groups
  • In this role, you will also evaluate and analyze accounts for cross selling and up selling opportunities
  • Ability to learn and master multiple internal and external systems including Salesforce, TUBS, CPQ, SCM, CLM, Onbase, ePresent, TU Direct, CTS portal, AWS, Gong, Teams, and Outlook
     

We are looking for a Relationship Account Executive II to join our successful Inside Sales and Support team. This focus of this inside sales role is to provide sales and service assistance to a select portfolio of existing accounts for a specific assigned territory of about $2 million to $3 million.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $37,400.00 - $58,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
