Bring your skills to the mix as a Reinforcement Detailing Lead, you'll play a vital role in every aspect of heavy civil engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in all aspects of heavy civil engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Defence, Energy and Water. We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. This includes our world-leading 3D Reinforcement Detailing capability, delivered from UK and from India. We currently have opportunities in our London and Epsom offices.
Your Purpose:
- Work in a team to undertake and lead reinforcement detailing in both 3D and 2D, following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
- Input into collaborative discussions with contractors, designers and detailers.
- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
- Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated RC detailing solutions.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring:
- Experience in reinforcement detailing delivery, including 3D detailing.
- Knowledge in the reinforcement detailing of heavy concrete structures, and familiarity with current detailing standards and working practices.
- Proficiency in reinforcement detailing with appropriate software packages, in particular Tekla Structures and/or Allplan.
