About the role

Due to continued growth, global market expansion, and on-going amazing new product developments, we are looking for a passionate and detail orientated Regulatory Coordinator to join Team Tilbury.

The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Regulatory Team by ensuring all technical aspects of product comply with regulation and specifications. You will also assist the team with the delivery of technical documents needed for the completion of product registration

As Regulatory Coordinator you will

  • Create formula breakdowns and ingredient lists for new products
  • Processing raw material information and related data for all existing and NPD products
  • Create and maintain Product Information Files
  • Work alongside New Product Development to ensure compliance of new and existing products with global legislative requirements
  • Creating, sending and tracking international registration documentation
  • Notification of products in UK, EU, California, and Canada
  • Keep track of upcoming regulatory changes to ensure there is sufficient time for redevelopment of existing products

Who you will work with

This role will temporarily report into the Head of Regulatory and will report into the Regulatory Manager in the long term.

About you

  • Strong level of communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong people skills, good motivator and tenacious self-starter
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Degree in Life Sciences or Cosmetic Science, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cosmetic regulations desirable
