About you:  

As a member of our New Business Sales team, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and promoting cross-selling initiatives for our solutions across the UK. This position offers remote flexibility, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere. Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Responsible for selling a portfolio of Access products and services by proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Research market segments to identify potential clients and decision-makers, and develop outreach strategies to initiate contact and drive engagement.
  • Conduct needs assessments to qualify leads and align them with company solutions, while managing the sales process by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, prioritizing efforts based on conversion potential and collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets, while staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.  

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of SaaS products, services, and market trends, along with previous experience in Field Sales and/or Account Executive / New Business role in the UK.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing a demanding workload.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working as part of a small team and contributing positively to group efforts.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • A willingness to travel and participate in events such as exhibitions, seminars, and sales meetings is required, which may occasionally involve overnight stays. As such, a valid UK driving licence is essential
