The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding leader to join our EMEA team as The RVP of Premier Sales. The successful candidate will lead a specialist sales team in growing the Success Plan to every Salesforce license opportunity, and collaborating tightly with core sales and other collaborators like the Account Success teams. This individual will lead the EMEA Premier Sales team, and be responsible for developing, communicating, and delivering a global sales strategy while supporting the EMEA market.
The role can be located in UK (London), Germany (Munich or Frankfurt), Italy (Milan), Netherlands (Amsterdam) and Spain (Madrid).
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Driving bookings and exceeding ACV targets to grow the Premier business

  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management

  • Build relationships with Sales leadership, including SVPs, AVPs and RVPs, to review territory performance and identify strategies and opportunities for Premier sales.

  • Built relationships with regional programmes teams to drive Premier Success programs

  • Creating and gaining executive agreement on a Premier sales strategy that is co-owned by the core license sales and The Success organizations

  • Engaging at the C-level in customer organizations to position the value of Premier Success

  • Developing a winning Premier team, including recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent

  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive bookings

  • Driving operational excellence within the Premier Sales team

  • Position and drive Premier Success. internal enablement programs, including content creation and internal training.

  • Evangelize Premier Success internally and externally.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales focused customers

  • Experience working within the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space

  • Previous experience managing and growing sales teams

  • Proven people leadership skills to develop, drive, and motivate managers.

  • Consistent track record of accomplishment in successfully managing a services, and support sales organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for growth.

  • Capable of maturing a high-growth business and teams.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment, effectively working with senior executives in a matrix organization

Preferred Requirements:

  • Deep executive sales experience

  • Extensive experience with Global teams, both internal and external

  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement

  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Has a strong drive for results

  • Strong engagement and communication skills

  • Consultative selling experience

  • Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment

  • Resourceful

  • Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues

  • Strong intuition for business
