Our Medical Affairs sales and strategy team is a small team with diverse backgrounds, all committed to our goal of helping our clients bring their important messaging to the healthcare professionals on our platform. In this role, you'll be a key player in revolutionizing how medical information is shared, aligning scientific content with clinician needs, and ultimately improving patient outcomes. We look for individuals who face challenges head on and are highly motivated to exceed sales goals. Presentation, questioning, scientific communication, and closing skills are essential to be successful in this role.


How you’ll make an impact 

  • Develop expertise and sell current and new strategic digital marketing solutions by aligning marketing strategies with medical affairs objectives.
  • Support our clients by developing strategies that help medical affairs teams and marketing communication agencies to make informed decisions through a consultative sales approach
  • Make data informed decisions through forecasting and business analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and surpass goals
  • Build relationships and trust with medical affairs professionals, offering solutions that resonate with a scientific audience
  • Develop and lead proposals, drawing from a deep understanding of the medical affairs ecosystem
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure performance metric goals are achieved or exceeded
     

What we’re looking for 

  • Experienced sales professional. with experience or a strong interest in the life sciences, eager to tackle the unique challenges of the medical affairs market
  • Goal-motivated. You thrive in a team that embraces accountability through individual sales quotas.
  • Effective communicator. Your communication skills go beyond the norm, and you can foster deep relationships with medically savvy educators and executives.
  • Creative problem solver. You are comfortable with a new challenge and thinking outside of the box to reach goals
  • Data literacy. Data literacy is part of your toolkit, allowing you to prioritize effectively and drive renewal and expansion
  • Comfortable with traveling. You are willing to travel to meet with clients
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications or equivalent.


Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
