Regional Supply Planning Director EMEA
Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in our Leeds office
As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for a Regional Supply Planning Director to join our EMEA Operations team.
As a key member of the EMEA Operations Leadership team, the successful candidate will embody a relentless drive to win. They will champion continuous improvement, delivering world-class results that have defined SharkNinja's success over the past decade.
What You'll Do:

  • Define and implement regional inventory strategies to enable first class product availability and customer service across markets and channels, while optimizing for capacity and cost across our distribution network
  • Act as a key player in the monthly S&OP process, identifying and mitigating service risks and supporting Commercial teams to deliver against opportunities
  • Deliver seamless new product launch execution
  • Eliminate inefficiencies by proactively managing and addressing E&O inventories in collaboration with Commercial teams
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and reporting, leveraging technology, dashboards and analytics
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team across inbound operations and go-to- market supply planning that embody the SharkNinja 'Consumer Obsessed' mindset
  • Lead cross-functional projects and partner with leaders across the business to drive operational success


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in supply planning and/or supply chain roles within organizations known for world-class supply chain capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in regional or global supply planning with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Expertise in S&OP/IBP processes and comprehensive end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • Strong ability to leverage KPIs and data analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of building effective long-term relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Clear and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic with a results-driven approach, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach, demonstrating adaptability and urgency in response to shifting priorities.
