Job Description

You are a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who will manage and expand our customer portfolio in the South of the UK. You will represent our mechanical components (Fence & Gate Accessories) and the fast-growing Automation & Entrance Control division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You take full responsibility for the turnover in your region after comprehensive training at our headquarters in Belgium.
  • You manage and support existing customers, including manufacturers and dealers.
  • You engage with prescribers (architects, specifiers, consultants, and other decision-makers), ensuring our solutions are incorporated into projects from the early planning stages.
  • You collaborate with customers’ teams, advising on products, supporting launches, and providing training
  • You identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • You oversee the full sales process with support from an inside sales representative and report to the Head of UK Sales.


Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience and understand technical sales cycles
  • You excel at building relationships, developing networks, and closing deals.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, flexible and able to prioritize your workload effectively.
  • You are results-driven, with perseverance and a focus on achieving commercial objectives.
  • You enjoy being on the road (70%), staying close to customers, and regularly visiting our headquarters in Belgium (6 to 8 times per year) for product training.
