Following over 150% year-on-year growth in our International (EMEA & APAC) region, Alkira is expanding further and we're looking to add another Regions Sales Manager to join our dynamic UK Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that’s accelerating growth into and beyond 2026.

 

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-energy, driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise customer acquisition and growth across Europe. The ideal candidate will be based in London/ South East region.

 

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new enterprise customers while working closely with our partners, engineering, and product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage key enterprise accounts, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos that articulate Alkira’s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams to guide prospects through trials and evaluations.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, leveraging internal resources across marketing, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account data in Salesforce.
  • Represent Alkira at regional events, trade shows, and partner engagements across the territory.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally within networking, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing large, complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or global enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud and networking ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, SD-WAN, security integrations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate business priorities into network transformation initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Up to 25% travel across the region.
